The Estes Park Mountain Shop Climbing gym is one of the finest small gyms in the country. We have over 4,500 square feet of climbing terrain including a 600 square foot bouldering wall. Our routes are changed often and are great for the beginner as well as the expert.

Class Descriptions

3 CLIMBS FOR $15
Want to try climbing? We offer 3 climbs for you and your family for just $15 per person. Our happy instructors will take care of the safety end of the rope and you can concentrate on climbing. Great for kids of all ages. Though the gym is open every day 8AM to 9PM, 3 for $15 climbing is only available from 11 AM to 5 PM based on our staff availability.

CLIMBING BASICS: INTRO PACKAGE
This class provides a basic understanding of equipment, technique, knots skills, and safety procedures for gym climbing. Includes a day pass to the climbing gym and all your rental equpiment.
Price: $20 / person

INTRODUCTION TO CLIMBING CLASS:
This class provides instruction for ages 14 and up, the opportunity to learn how to put on their own harness, tie their own knots, the proper belay techniques, along with safety procedures.
Price: $50 (1.5 hour session)

Climbing at The EPIC!
The EPIC climbing gym consists of 4,500 square feet of climbing surface. We have 13 topropes and 15 leadable routes.

Each route is roughly 30 feet high and tons of fun!
